  First time I've been to a best buy that I was in and out in 10 minutes with exactly what I came for. The security/greeter asked where the item was and sent me down the path. The next Gentleman found me coming around the bend and brought me to the cords. Next I knew I was working with a friendly cashier that noticed I was in the computer twice and she merged the accounts. My experience couldn't have been better. Thanks

  I love going into Best Buy and I enjoy looking around and their setup. But I guess I never realized this that there are appliances in there as well. Best Buys are always clean and great setup. Sometimes, there are too many cooks in the kitchen that they don't see their customers. Compared to another store I had just walked in where I was only in there a minute and 2 people asked if I was OK, 4 staff members passed me without asking if I needed anything. Otherwise, when they do serve you to close a sale, they are good and are friendly. This is a good store in Rockwall.
