  I tried returning some stuff that I bought on a credit card about 3 days ago, and the gentleman working the return desk had severe attitude because one item was not found on the credit card and I wanted to know which one it wa because I didn't want to return it. I asked to speak with the manager. Literally almost 20 minutes later the manager Mike who is the most arrogant and condescending manager I've ever seen in my life shows up with his hands in his pockets looking at me like I'm some idiot Troublemaker because he had to take time out of his precious day to come up there. That was the worst experience. I was so Furious being treated like that and made to wait as if my time is completely invaluable that they don't even have respect or appreciation for a customer who's waiting. Completely ridiculous that we as a people allow companies to thrive and treat their customers in such a horrible fashion.

  Brought a 2x2 piece of paint here to get color matched to touch up areas inside our house. Was told by the guy working at the paint section that he could match it. Shopped a little bit, picked it up, then when I got home the color did not match at all. Took the chip and the HD paint to Sherwin Williams and found out all the HD guy did was eyeball it and give me a standard Sherwin color he thought would match it. Sherwin matched it perfectly! Morale of the story- Home Depot's customer service is horrible and the associates there are lazy. When I need paint I will go to Sherwin Williams, anything else I'm going to Lowes and Home Depot will never get another cent of my money!
