  Do not shop here. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Shop at home depot instead. There needs to be a turnover in management at this store. If you are set on Lowes, go to Greenville or mesquite instead. We went into the store because it showed a product was available. We spoke with several employees (not at fault) who couldn't locate the product. One of them mentioned that I could order it online and they could get it from a nearby store in a few days (acceptable). We placed the order online and left. However, 30 minutes later, we received a call from an irate manager ranting about how they didn't have any and weren't going to be getting any. I was met with yelling when asking if they could get it from the other store like their own employee suggested. She then promptly told me my order was being canceled and hung up.
