- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆September 26, 2019, by Jane SadekLocation, location, location. They have this going for them, but it's not a user friendly place. No one ever seems to pay any attention to the suggested traffic patterns and when it rains the lower parking lot is a river. The El Chico is a good one, but parking is always a hassle because of the gym. Mostly locally owned shops and restaurants that I've never been to. The Jack-in-the-Box is a real challenge to get to.
