  I’m having a horrible problem with AT&T Internet. I told them I wanted to turn my internet service off because I sold my house. They sent me an email telling me I had return my Internet modem unless it is wall-mounted. The email says if it is wall-mounted not to remove it. I called to get instructions as to how to proceed. The person I spoke to absolutely refused to listen to me. She repeatedly told me to return it. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. So, I asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold for about 20 minutes (she did check back every 5 minutes or so to let me know that the supervisors were very busy and would absolutely tell me the same thing). Finally a supervisor came on the line. She also refused to listen to me and repeatedly told me to return it or be charged $150. I asked if she would give me her name so I could have a reference if there was a problem with me removing it. She also refused to give me her name. So, I guess I have no choice but to ignore the instructions they sent me and remove the wall-mounted unit and hope it doesn’t create problems. I give AT&T zero stars for customer service.

  Andrew McDowell Is the best person at this AT&T Store! He saved me so much money on everything including my TV, Internet and phones! Defiantly suggest seeing him! Especially Cause he has a great personality and is very nice!

  Even though there were a lot of customers ahead of us, we were seen in a timely manner. Our representatives was terrace who was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He guided us in the purchase of a phone that best suited us, even though it was 1/3 of the price of the phone we were going to purchase. I also had suggestions on how we could save $25 on the accessories we chose. This is why we travel 45 miles one way to do business at this location. Always a great experience.
